Q: It looks like you are repackaging bulk cocoa powder, and pretending its an authentic Valrhona product. How are you still here?

That's not our image, but we do sell a very similar looking bag that is definitely produced by Valrhona. We have many customers who appreciate being able to buy something between the 8.8 oz. size and the full 3 kilo box when shopping for Valrhona Cocoa. Yes, it is 100% cocoa powder. If you have any more questions, you might contact the folks at ChefShop.com. They sale many high-end foods including Valrhona Cocoa Powder. I buy Valrhona and many other named ingredients from them. I can call and they will answer all of my questions about foods they've sold me and foods I just want to know about. They are very helpful and always friendly.

While the bag this product comes in is very simple and nondescript, it is indeed authentic Valrhona Cocoa. The reason the bag doesn't have many details on it is because it comes from a larger food service box that contains three 1 kilo bags. You can find this full box for sale online as well. We just think folks should have the option to buy 1 kilo instead of three.It is 100% dutch processed cocoa; there is no sugar, or vanilla, or any other additives. Also, Amazon has once again done something weird with this product listing. That image of the bag with the Caputo's label on it is not ours; the negative reviews for companies like Solaris are not us. Please feel free to call me at 800.596.0885 for any further clarification.
