Well worth the very reasonable price, this mini-max greenhouse thermometer is not only easy to read, it is accurate, so CLEAR and easy to reset, very well-designed to hang in the best place and has a adjustable "awning" to prevent inaccurate overheating from sunlight.

It works great and has an accurate temperature. It's easy to reset the high and low temps.

This worked great for 10 months, then stopped. I replaced the battery and it still does not work. I am updating my review because when I contacted the company, they immediately responded. When I sent them a photo of the nonfunctioning unit, they sent a replacement!! That is great customer service--so rare these days. My new thermometer is working great.

If this worked, with the size and design and so on. It would be great.But it doesn’t work.I test every single thermometer I have, whether it’s for candy making /ambient temperature/external or internal general use, or precision lab control.This Is one of 3 max/min thermometers I own.The temperature is wildly inaccurate and it takes forever to react to changes.I actually stuck it in the fridge with 2 other thermometers and it took at least 15 minutes to respond…with a low, but still very incorrect reading.It’s useless.

the box states it is not waterproof, I could not find that anywhere in the online description (may have missed it). Seems odd for a greenhouse thermometer - but not sure of their definition of waterproof, may mean it just can't be in water versus getting wet. Just started using, so can't fully rate its value.
