Perfect Mobile Laptop - Gr8 Support
Love the performance of this nice little laptop. Right size for my mobile needs. Use a power PC desktop for development and this is perfect for travel. However, the speaker/microphone did not work. BUT!!! within two hours of contacting support, they remoted into my device manager and removed the problem. Great Support!!! THANKS Mr Ed

My wife needed a small laptop, this fit the bill. Great screen. It replaced a 10 year old laptop that had been dropped too many times... price was great too.

Great Notebook!
Excellent condition. All Keys work. Screen works. All ports work. WiFi works. Battery in good condition. Windows 11 software works fine. Not impressed with Windows 11. Nice little notebook for the price!

Not What I expected
The battery will not charge. I downloaded drivers from Dell, ran all the updates. I know that I could have stuck it out and possibly buy the part or find a way to fix it, but I said no. I paid of this and it does not work as it should. If I remove the power source, the system shuts down within a minute. It takes a very long time to boot up too.

Good value, good laptop, happy with the purchase
Great refurbished laptop, lightweight, super fast processor, does all the things I need it to do with quickness, and ease. Haven't unplugged it since I got it, so I couldn't tell you about the battery life, but as a computer it works great and it's fast and it was fairly cheap or decently priced. Happy with this purchase.
