This filter is GREAT! Was a little skeptical at first but it really does work. My water is very harsh and ends up drying my skin out and this filter has made all the difference!

Absolutely worth it! I waited until I seen it on sale before buying. I can safely say, you will not find it on sale during any of the normal Amazon sales. You’ll just have to watch it but I’d say if you don’t want to wait… it’s still worth it at normal price!

Great product. My newborn son's skin broke out so badly after his first bath. My husband ordered this the next day and you can see the difference in the water - it's clearer and has a softer feel. No more breakouts!My one complaint would be that there should be another option for hanging/hooking it on the faucet while filling it. The hook only works if there's something to hold it up -our faucet is sloped so that didn't work. The rubber, grippy band thing that was included works until it gets wet and then slips off. We had to rig up a command hook type thing on the faucet to hold it up.However, it does function exactly as advertised and has been great.

Very handy to be able to move from faucet to faucet in order to get purer water.

This filter comes with two different ways to hang on your faucet, but the one that works for me broke. I contacted the seller and they were kind enough to send me not just one, but two extra packs of the hangers. Will definitely continue to purchase through this company for any future needs!

I was super happy with our Crystal Quest Bath Ball filter until I went to change the filter and found mold! This was our second filter change, so we've had it for about 12 months. We didn't notice any mold at the 6-month filter change. When I reached out to the company directly, I was told "The bath ball is removing the chlorine in the water so if left in an area that is a suitable environment (Humidity, temperature, etc.), bacteria can form since there is no chlorine to prevent it.You can use hydrogen peroxide or bleach to disinfect it, then I would recommend making sure the outside and inside of the housing is dried off after each use."The directive to make sure the outside and inside of the housing are dried off after each use was not in the original manual. When I asked the company to honor the limited warranty, they told me that any exchange/replacement would have to be from Amazon... well it has been almost a year so that's a no-go.We will not be purchasing from this company again, this product is too expensive to be missing care instructions and the company does not care to honor their warranty.
