The media could not be loaded. Fabulous cleaning. Good programming to cover all areas without LASER or camera. Completes routine floor sweeping and mopping in one task. Clears off dust completely

I had issued with the product. However, on raising the issue their customer care called me and om understanding my issues offered a full refund 6 months after use.I will definitely give the brand another chance as their intent is right. Was using g10 from last 2 years and was very useful and yesterday received this g50 and very much happy on this upgrade and used yesterday and yielded good results and now only worried about parts like brush mob pad battery also docker is tightly coupled with charger

This Eufy g50 hybrid robot has a serious issue connecting to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. how much ever you try it does not connect to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi unfortunately I had to return this product twice for the same problem.

Suction power is very good, cleaning is also ok but not so good with single sweeper brush ,but this model has very few operational flexibility options.When WiFi fails, this unit is dead. No manual mode cleaning. Manually this unit can not be driven from one location to another location. You have to literally lift it with hands like baby and place in another room. This defeats the basic Robotic purpose.Also, movement is very slow.Overall, after using prrevious models Robovac 11S, this G50 Hybrid has been very much disappointing and hence returned.

Mapping and features are good, but the robot drops dirt formed like flakes and droppings here and there. A bad patch of dirt from under a foot rug was spread across a room. (See photo of a second dry round. A third wet round removed the dirt.

Stopped water dispensing,Won’t mop properly.Carry and spread dust.There is no customer support, and number which they have given in app won’t work.They have contacted me for product replacement, but amazon offered full refund and returned the product.
