Terrible product my hair fall increased a lot
Terrible product last time I order from another means it was really nice but this time I ordered from here it was already leaking, not sealed properly and it even caused my hair fall to increase a lot.

Packaging isn't spill proof.
There's no seal under the cap, so I received the bottle with dried shampoo leaked from it's neck. It has a gentle creamy formula, absolutely no fragrance and a good lather despite being sulphate free. Too soon to comment on the dandruff aspect.

Unacceptable!
The media could not be loaded. I recently received my order, but unfortunately, the product arrived in a damaged condition. As seen in the attached images, the packaging is completely torn, and the bottle appears to be leaking or defective. This is unacceptable as I expected a properly sealed and intact product.
