Anyone actually test these in cold weather? How'd they do?

Tested them in a range of temps, as low as 9 degrees F below zero and a high of about 25 degrees F above zero. They did not pass the test and my hands got cold even at the 25 above zerotemp. Returned them for refund.

I need these 3m thinsulate gloves in xxxl, all that is shown is xxl. any ideas?

Best thing is to buy one size larger. Gloves varies a lot but depends of brands and quality for a good grip and comfort.

Do anyone else gave a very hard time getting your hands back in your glove once you pull your hands out.

Yes. And I ordered one size larger. They're still a bit difficult to get off. I think that if your hands get wet for any reason, getting them back on could be an issue.
