Only way I can take vitamins is through a gummy. Take two after meal at night and it is so delicious. Love them and my blood loves them too

Vitamin D gummies are easy to chew and taste similar to some sweet gummy bears.My only issue is that the packaging says that they are 5000 IU per serving. They are actually 2,500 per gummy. You need to chomp on two for 5,000 IU (or one serving).
