I recently purchased the DEPFALL Hot Towel Warmer, and it has exceeded my expectations. The warmer is incredibly efficient and heats towels evenly in a matter of minutes. It also holds a good number of towels at once, which is perfect for my salon’s busy schedule. The sleek design and compact size make it a stylish addition to any space without taking up too much room.The unit is easy to use and maintain. It has a simple on-off switch and a clear indicator light, so I always know when it's heating. The towels come out warm but not too hot, providing a comfortable experience for my clients. Cleaning the interior is also a breeze thanks to the removable drip tray and smooth surfaces.

I was trying to cut back on the amount of paper towels we are using in my pre-k class and thought this was a great alternative. We have the washcloths in there and the kids can reach grab one and wipe their hands and face before nap time. I like that the temperature is adjustable, it has many different functions, we aren't going through 2 rolls of paper towels a weeks and the kids like helping me roll them up when I bring the laundry in on Monday. This is small and compact, it doesn't take up much space in my classroom abs it was affordable since it was coming out of my budget.

The special promotion got my attention.Overall, this hot towel warmer can serve our need.It's easy to use with convenient accesses. The warm button and UV light button are also separate and clearly labeled.Surprised by the light weight with concerns at the first, then we enjoy moving it around now to save space. However you don't like to drop it fall by accident.It works fine with our 6 small face towels toggling around.They are warm enough after a while; then we start to toggle them one at a time.You need to leave the power on all the time since the heat dissipates pretty fast.We also use heated eye mask on top of the warm towel to keep it warm enough lasting longer.The close opens and closes smoothly.The inside racks don't have rails. Also it's easier to pull out the rack to get the towel out.There is a small dent, which doesn't cause any trouble.The UV light and the metal net shelves can be easily seen through the front door glass and also strangely through the door gaps from the right side. That means the UV works ok. Hope you don't see through the light constantly since I am not sure it it's safe to stare at the UV light from the door hinge gap.Anyhow the new setup works for us to replace our legacy one.

I ordered this towel warmer on Prime Day and when I received it there was a dent on the left side. The packaging was fine though so I have no idea how a dent got there. I sent it back and received a replacement and there is a dent in the EXACT same location. I know it’s just a cosmetic issue but it’s quite unsightly and regrettably I don't have the time to return the second one for a third one as I needed it in the salon this week. It’s a shame the quality is so poor because it’s a cute towel warmer. I’ve attached pictures of the two separate towel warmers so you can see that the dents are in the same location on both.

I got him a towel warmer but he didn't really need a total warmer he wanted something that would keep the washcloths they he would wash his face off with in the morning and when he came home from work warm. This has cut back on the amount of time that he stands there letting the water warm up in order for it to get warm enough and there's always one available now. I got the idea from the nail salon, and the towel warmers can't have wet towels so this is perfect for him. It's bigger that some of the towel warmers so you have to have the countertop space or like he did he has it in his wall in closet that is right off if the bathroom in his side. I think this will save on the water bill and the gas bill even though it runs off electricity it should be less than the other 2 utilities combined. He likes it.

nice and small , heats up quickly

I use this towel warmer frequently for work. It is easy to clean and it gets towels hot in 30 minutes or even less. However, after having this product for a year and a half it stopped working. It gets warm for 10 minutes and then just shuts off. I tried to fix it but I will probably have to get a new one. Kind of disappointing because I know many other people who have used theres just as much and they have had them for 3+ years.
