The biggest difference between the 5 and the 7 is that the 7 is hard wire connected and also offers Bluetooth. The 5 only has the Bluetooth option. How can i monitor heart rate on the echelon ex-3? and ex-5?

Echelon sell an Arm Band and Chest Strap Heart Rate monitor that connects to their app via Bluetooth. You can also purchase other HR Monitors that are compatible connect via Bluetooth and any app you prefer that show heart rate.

Still not seeing answer to this. What does the monitor report or show WITHOUT a subscription? Pls don’t say classes require subscription. I KNOW THAT!

I just downgraded. You get 10 scenic rides and 15 pre-recorded fit classes. No live classes. I have no idea if they rotate since I just did it.
