Nice and big, great buy!

Absolutely love this soap dispenser. It looks a bit like wall-e which I think is cute. The pump mechanism is so satisfying and smooth. Genuinely enjoy using it every single time. As someone who obsessively washes their hands, I've been trying to find a suitable soap dispenser for a while and eventually whittled it down to this and the sensor version. Eventually decided on this as is significantly less expensive, the size was more suited to my requirements and I don't have to remember to charge it. Super easy to fill. Wish I'd bought it sooner.

You might think this is expensive for a soap dispenser, but it’s really good value. A family member have these and after seeing how robust they are over a few years decided to buy them myself. I purchased 3 so that’s how convinced I was. The metal pump mechanism is really sturdy but the fact the soap holders are acrylic means they’ll never smash if dropped in the sink. In light of that, I would highly recommend these.

This item is primarily for use with washing up liquid, but given my love of liberal use of hand soap, that's what I am using mine for at the kitchen sink. Lovely amount of fresh smelling liquid soap dispensed with whichever brand I use. The dispenser stands firmly with no slippage as I press the lever, and no dripping either. It looks lovely too.

Great product quality as can be expected with simplehuman products. However long term use shows some flaws. When using with wet hands, water pools on the flat surfaces at the top of the pump and top of the unit. With time it drips into the central pump mechanism and limescale can build up as can be seen in the photos. The pump mechanism is no longer smooth unfortunately. Also we noted some of the coating peeling off the stainless steel version after 1 year. Simplehuman were great and replaced no quibbles under the 5 year warranty within few days! Don't think the sensor pumps would have the same issue due to the way they are used, however wouldn't recommend these hand pump versions unless some changes to the design are made.
