Anyone use this to litter train very young kittens?

I bought this to use for my oldest cat, that is 19 years old and can hardly walk. My three legged cat also uses it. I think it would work great for kittens. You do need a litter catching mat in the front of it.

How tall is the lower side?

I'm not sure how tall the lower side is, but I have enjoyed using mine. It's perfect for table top.

From what material is this produce made? (Durable?)

Durable for a number of years. About the 4th year on the potting bench in my greenhouse mine cracked - probably from being continually in the sun. But I think I'm going to get another one. It is perfect for what I need.
