Bought this for a 15 day trip to New Orleans and Nashville.Followed the instructions to activate, stuck it in a Google Pixel 7a, turned it on when I landed and had full 5G coverage most of the time. Slipped to LTE 4G while in parts of the Smoky Mountains. Used it for getting around with maps, booking shows and attractions and the hotspot came in handy for my wife to connect to when there was no WIFI.Got a US phone number as soon as I turned it on which came in handy for bookings and as a contact number for hire car etc.Definitely worked for me with zero issues.

Bit sceptical if this sim would work but I was wrong set activation date online and it automatically started on arrival to my destination in the USA highly recommended and a must have product will be ordering another one if we go to the USA again.

Bought two of the USA sims for my trip to las vegas. Cell signal was really good. Set up was very easy. I got these sims primarily for the unlimited data which worked great for WhatsApp and messenger video calls. YouTube worked great and download speeds were fast.I would by again.

As a regular traveller to the US, I always purchase a US travel SIM and have never encountered an issue—until this purchase. The SIM card simply did not work. Despite following all activation instructions, I had zero connectivity, and no phone number was allocated.I attempted to contact SimCorner multiple times for support but received no response. Even now, after returning home, they have still not replied. In an effort to resolve the issue, I visited a T-Mobile store in the US, but they were unable—or unwilling—to assist, offering only to sell me another SIM for $50, plus a $50 connection fee.I understand that sometimes things go wrong, and I don’t expect perfection. What I do expect is prompt and effective customer service to resolve issues when they arise. I have no doubt that most SimCorner SIMs work without issue, but in my case, the SIM was faulty, causing real inconvenience and additional expense. What is completely unacceptable is that SimCorner chose to ignore all my requests for assistance.I will absolutely continue purchasing US travel SIMs in the future because they are a fantastic option when they work. However, I will never buy from SimCorner again—not because the SIM failed, but because their customer service is non-existent and they treat customers with disregard.If you’re considering purchasing a travel SIM, my advice is simple: choose a provider that values its customers. If there’s an alternative option available, go with them.

Worked perfectly and no other charges, however got a lot of spam calls and texts. Even so I would use again 😊.

So easy to set up beforehand and it worked from the moment we arrived. Very simple, easy instructions, good signal

There was an activation issue when I arrived in the US, but I emailed customer support as the guide says, and they responded in 20 minutes, with the problem fixed before I left the airport terminal.Great coverage & internet speed. Incredibly handy to have a US number for making calls, booking restaurants, etc.

This sim was brilliant. Requested activation to begin on the day I travelled. Put the sim in my phone when I landed and it worked instantly, no problems at all. Great internet coverage in New York, I would have been lost without it! Peace of mind knowing that I had no expensive data charges when I returned home, I would highly recommend and would definitely purchases again.
