Is 400 ug the same as 5 mg? Thanks

Recommended dose for Folic acid is 400 micrograms once daily. 5mg is 5000 micrograms, hope this helps.

Have you noticed this product helping with hair growth?

My hair was pretty long anyway but I did notice my nails grew long and were stronger x

I don’t think so. I do take one everyday due to medical condition so I can’t say for sure.
