Do you put the flour bag in the tin or tip the flour in the tin?

I put the bag in the tin, close fit but if you cut the bag open carefully but hold it closed, it allows a bit of air wriggle room!

Does this tin get rusted?

Hi I’ve had mine for a couple of years stored in garage as extra storage space made in there for baking supplies cooler meaning it doesn’t go off as quickly. The tin still looks like new no rusty marks or bits come off it. Plus the lid a good fit and the tin itself does not bend like some can. Just a wash out when new bag of flour needed to till it up.
