How do you replace the light when it burns out?

As far as I know, you have to replace the entire fixture. They are cheap and supposed to last a long time, which is why I bought them. You would have to ask the manufacturer if if there is any alternative to replacing the whole fixture.

Do I have to installed them with a dimmer switch?

No. You can also wire them with an on/off wall switch. Whatever you prefer.

How can I change the light color?

They have a slide switch inside the lamp.
