I was using a cheep one I got at Walmart because I didn't know if I would really get into step. The platform was small and I was having a hard time keeping my feet on the platform for certain moves. I decided I liked step but in needed to upgrade my step. So I got this one. Life changer. Not only can I do all the moves and keep my feet on the platform I found it is easier to complete a whole step class. The height is perfect and the surface has great traction. Also the platform is easier on the feet and legs because it has a slight cushion. I would 100% recommend.

I ordered this for my workouts with Bev & Haily (IYKYK) and am so happy! It came before my workout today so I decided to try it out IMMEDIATELY! Wow! Not to mention, I love the color options! I ordered pink and black and am VERY happy with it. Comes with the two sets of blocks to raise it as it has 3 height options.

This stepper right here had me sweatin’ like I owed it money. Soon as I pulled it out the box, I knew it was time to quit playin’ and get to work. The build is solid, like, I don’t feel like I’m about to slip or break it even when I’m jumping on it heavy. That pink and black combo is kinda fresh too – not gonna lie, makes the home gym pop.What I really mess with is how you can switch up the height. Some days I keep it low-key at 4 inches, but when I’m really tryna go beast mode, I stack it up to 8 inches and go crazy. Switching out the risers is quick too – no tools, no drama, just pop ’em on and off. I’ve been running circuits, doing step-ups, lunges, and even using it to stretch after. It’s more than just a step – it’s part of the whole routine now.Now why it didn’t hit 5 stars for me? I wish the surface had just a little more cushion, especially when I’m doing those high-impact moves. After about 20-30 minutes, I start feelin’ it in my knees more than I want. I ended up putting a mat under it for a lil’ extra support, and that helped, but still – would’ve been nice if it had more padding built in.Even with that, this stepper holds me down. It’s strong, doesn’t wobble, and keeps me moving. I’ve dropped a few pounds since using it, and my legs? Yeah, they’re starting to look right. If you wanna get your heart pumpin’ and your muscles poppin’, this is a solid piece to add to your grind.

This step is great. It's wide enough so when learning a new routine, there is no worry of falling off. It's actually the same one they use in my workout videos! The extra height additions will be great when I work up to that level!

I love step! And this set is wonderful for home use. I use them on carpet. No slipping.I haven’t ever used all the risers at once-I’m not that good!! But I do use one or two at a time depending on my mood. No worries. I’m very glad I got this set!

Well made, doesn’t move or wobble. I bought a cheaper one first that arrive with a piece already broken. Decided to buy a higher quality version and it was definitely worth the price. Easily stores under my bed when not in use.

It’s very easy to adjust the height from 4” to 6” to 8”. Not too heavy to handle for this 82-year-old. The surface is “grippy” enough to avoid slipping on it. I would have liked one just a few inches shorter in length than this one (it’s 42” overall, with a 35” tread), but for an active workout this is probably an ideal length. The width is perfect. I’m using it as a step platform to help my knees, ankles and hips. It’s very sturdy—-even with the length, it doesn’t “give” when I step on it.
