I have a very picky dog when it comes to dog food, from the time he was a 2 month old puppy when I got him, I was told to feed him a certain brand of soft dog food. He wanted nothing to do with it, I tried different dog foods and he would try it once or completely ignore it. I saw this and thought it would be worth the try so I bought the small bag to see if he liked it. I really thought it was just going to be another wasted food! Well he absolutely loves it and and I love it because it's a healthy and nutritious dog food! Try it for your picky pup!

My dog prefers the beef over the chicken. He likes it, both as a treat and as dinner. If your dog isn't eating it, try adding hot water so your dog can smell it better. Seems like a good product. These are crunchy, not soft. In the bottom of the bag are tiny pieces, like sand, which I mixed with hot water and he licked it up.

My shepherd is a picky eater. She actually LOVES the beef flavored air dried food. Her poop is much nicer to clean up too. She gives this product an enthusiastic tail wag and a couple of woofs!!

Ingredients are far superior to most foods on the market. No bad seed oils (which I can only assume are as damaging to dogs as they are to us) & top notch overall. Only 4 stars as it is not AAFCO-compliant for large dogs. I have a giant breed and can't figure out why they don't add whatever is needed to comply with AAFCO's requirements for bigger dogs?Despite this, the ingredients are so impressive that I continue to buy this and add about 1/2 c a day to my dog's other foods.

Updated review:**** Great customer service! This food just didn’t work out for my pup. Give it try, it may work out for yours.I’m unsure whether this product has made my dog constipated or not, however she stopped popping approximately 3 times a day to only once a day. She now only poops around 9pm every night, which is in stark contrast to what her prior bowel movements have been. I really wanted to like this product and thought that it would be better for my dog but it appears that this product is not a good option for my Rottie.She also won’t eat it unless I sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Back to the drawing board. :(

For people like me who have completely spoiled rotten their dog children, I’d give this a shot.My dog-child who is a 1 yo mini golden doodle refuses to eat regular kibble. He is extremely picky and always wants meat. He won’t even eat like regular dog treats.I’ve always fed him open farm’s raw mix since he was a baby but even that I now have to top it with real fresh meat like beef/chicken/some form of fresh protein. It doesn’t help that his grandparents (my parents) spoil the heck out of him and he gets fed three times a day.This dog food expensive and by far no means sustainable for some but for my dog-child, if he eats this without us needing to cook something else everyday it’s a win for me. It’s definitely EXPENSIVE for dog food but I’ve created a monster with picky taste so this is a far better trade off for me.The food smells not great to me but it definitely smells good to him and the quality is great. I can see this functioning as high reward treats alternative to everyday food.
