Hi People,I wanted to like this product so much; I was excited about it is manufactured by Sony, and the technology looked very promising to me.(am not a big expert in this kind of equipment or whatever related to sound quality things; am just a tech savvy)Pros:* Compact* Portable* Easy to connect to your Phone, PC, TV (over Bluetooth)Cons:* Support connectivity over Bluetooth only;* Side (smaller) speakers are way less powerful than the main one; so you can hear and feel difference, which is bad;* Overall quality of sound is not great, I was expecting way more from this Sound System, but it feels just like a portable speaker with some extended features;I would say if the manufacturer would focus on Sound Quality, that would make real difference; it looks like super quality product (and it is), but it doesn't perform (sound-wise) as its look pretends to.So, cost per quality-wise that (from my standpoint) this thing isn't worth 500$, first of all because of sound quality.I would pay 200-250$ for it, but I understand that number of technologies incorporated into this piece of equipment make it expensive, but that doesn't help quality of sound, which is the primary thing you expect from the Sound System when you evaluate the cost of your purchase.(After evaluating the product for ~3 weeks, I decided to return it)

Purchased on Feb 8 2025…Stopped working July 18 2025. Power does not turn on…When it worked I liked the way it sounded and connected to Bluetooth automatically. For the cost, obviously if I knew it would only last ~6 months I would not have purchased.

Fantastic device. No lag, and now we can listen to the audio from our hdtv in a crystal clear manner from the speakers of this wonderful portable device.

I have been using these speakers for several months now and have been impressed with their sound quality. The sound is rich and smooth, I haven’t had any issues with them so far. They are a bit pricey but I think the higher quality is worth the thuggery price. They are easy to set up and get going. I like the sleek design of them, they add to my space instead of being eye sores like some speakers are. Overall I am really happy with them and think the price is fair for what you get.I hope that sharing my opinion and experience here provides you some value when shopping and deciding on something like these speakers, if so please let everyone know below.

I do like this product however, I hope they make next generations a bit more powerful. Still it’s a great product.

I have a projector with a built in soundbar. It's been amazing until there was a recent software update and now the audio is very low and it's suddenly hard to hear spoken words in tv shows and movies. I saw this on offer during Black Friday and thought it seemed like a good fit for our needs.The packaging is very environmentally friendly and everything is easy to unpack. The set up was a breeze as this connects to bluetooth. I installed the app on my android phone and was able to access the options. I have to say I am disappointed with the amount of audio options. There is no equalizer and I find the audio quality very subpar. I also find the surround speakers to be extremely low and I don't see any benefit at all. It's just a mediocre mini soundbar. The sound is muddled with little highs and even though I have bass on max it's just not there for me. I have tried different streaming apps and watched TV shows and movies but it really does little to add any immersive surround sound. I'm disappointed as the design is great and I love the whole thing being completely wireless.I think that even with the $398 Black Friday price, that dollar amount could get a better and more powerful soundbar which is what I am going to get instead of this.

Somewhat disappointing results, the surround sound function as well as the individual speaker function did not work at all. The unit was generating sound to the satellite/surround speakers but the only way to hear them was to literally bring them physically to my ears. Based upon other reviews of this product, I can only assume that the item was defective. The manufacturer was contacted and there was agreement that it probably was after several troubleshooting steps. For the record, I own the HT A9 as well as the Bravia Theater Quad A9M2 systems, so I am familiar with the technology. The was also a strange inability to update the firmware using the Bravia Connect App.
