I have been using it for 6 months now. This product might be on the expensive side compared to similar products of different brands, but BATHLA has my trust from now on. I am highly satisfied with the small details (the quality cloth holder tray, the easy locking/dislocking hinge) that were paid attention to during the manufacturing process.The built quality is V.good, the heat resistig cloth has had no wear and tear so far, and Mainly the convenience that this product has provided me is actually appreciatable.I'd suggest, if any one has the budget of around 3k, should atleast consider comparing this.SINCE THIS IS EVERY BIT WORTHY OF THE PRICE. Thank you Bathla.

Met my expectations in respect to sturdiness, size, adjustable height and weight. The foldable rack provided for keeping ironed clothes is specious and nicely positioned. Hope it will pass through a long period.

Excellent product. Exactly what I needed for so long. Very high. Good for my back. I do not feel any strain in my back while ironing anymore. Yes, a little costly, though.

It’s a good ironing board, though expensive. I have deducted half a star because the product came with lumps and bumps, possibly due to transportation issues? However, it evened out with a firm push.The wire holder is useful, however it would have been more versatile if it was made interchangeable, based on the preference of the operator. Being right handed, I thought the wire holder placed possibly towards me would have been better.The wire rack was stiff with cheap sliding mechanism.I hope the company that charges premium price would consider the constructive suggestions?

I have received the product with a missing shoe in one of its leg. Then I have contacted Bathla customer support to send missing item and got the item within two days of time. Really appreciate the customer support team and their timely response.Pros : 1. Stable on the floor,2. Aluminium coating sheet does great job.3. Smooth surfaceCons : 1. The wire manager is falling frequently and I dont see any way to fix it2. The gap between the iron stand and ironing sheet can easily trap the wire for me.
