41.2 mm by 11.6mm thick. Good watch can read it in the night without my glasses.

Designed for a male, but as a female I tried it on and would love to wear it as well. (It was a gift for a male)

I prefer a velcro band. I searched on Amazon and Ebay with no luck. One day in Walmart I spotted one I liked, the girl put it on. All for $8. Love it.

Depends how tight you put it on. Just wear it snugly and you'll be fine. I used to wear watches that would give me an allergic reaction. This one doesn't and I have been wearing it every day. The material feels nice and soft.
