Q: Did your box come completely melted also?

Completely! I can’t even eat it. And they won’t accept returns. I’m so sad.

Q: I ordered nov 24, it’s now jan 5, can’t I track package, I cannot reach you, and I can’t write a review or request a refund for some reason.

It does take a very long time as the product comes from across the ocean. With COVID, it takes even longer I am sure. I'm surprised that Amazon hasn't assisted you in this matter. Costco used to carry the product at Christmas time. I am hoping the reason they did not carry the product was because of COVID. At Costco, I was able to get 44 sea shells for 9.99. It would be nice if Amazon could compete with this price and perhaps carry a supply of it here in the States. I hope this helps. Have a wonderful day.
