It seems like it is working. My hair feels fuller

I was pretty excited about these - they've got a good dose of biotin at a great price. Unfortunately, they contain sorbitol. Sorbitol is a sugar alcohol that used to be included in most low-carb candy. That's less common now, because it causes digestive issues. There's also some evidence that even a small amount can be disruptive to gut microbiota.My question is this: why is it in these at all? It's not a common filler, it's a sweetener; and these aren't gummies or chewable, they're tablets, meant to be swallowed whole. they don't need to be sweet!If you aren't someone who worries about that (and maybe you're thinking that I'm being a little nitpicky), then these offer a good dose of biotin and other vitamins at a great price ($6.23 in 2025). Unfortunately, it was a deal- breaker for me.

I wanted a supplement that was easy to swallow and did not make my stomach upset. I have been taking this for only a couple of weeks, but so far, I am happy with it. My nails seems to grow faster and stronger, and I hope this continues to be the case. I am certain that I will order more!

This is a good supplement as it has a lot of different vitamins in it that work together to help keep you well and keep your skin, hair and nails healthy. They are easy to take and I have not had any adverse reactions to taking this.
