So thankful a relative told me about this. I had hip pain for several months and would limp for a few minutes when I stood up, but now the pain is completely gone. My sis-in-law also takes it for pain in her knees, and we both talked about how we can tell a difference if we forget to take it.

My father was a former NFL player and subsequently had a lot of damage and impacting his knees and hips. He was the one who told me about this product as I exercise everyday and use to run track all the way through college, so definitely a lot of wear and tear on my joints. I’m 46 now and I run 2 miles in the morning and 3 miles during my lunch hour and I don’t feel a bit of pain. Between this product and the double X vitamins I can still run sprints every day. I also found out about 10 years ago that this used to be the vitamins if they would give the illusion athletes and their welcome packages.

I have been taking some version of glucosamine/chondroitin for last 20 years due to osteoarthritis on my finger joints. A friend of mine suggested to try Nutrilite Joint Health. I should say it works as well as Move Free I find at local Costco at half the price. I will try Joint Health again when my joint pain worsens and the Move Free is not sufficient enough to quell the pain.
