It is pretty simple, but if you don’t know anything about grills, it is enough to let you know the basic knowledge. In my case, I had problems with the smoke coming into the room, with this book I understood what was the problem and how fix it.

The book clearly explains the steps to follow to build an asador. It gives also some alternatives.Some knowledge of masonry is required.

This book is of limited help, poor pictures, important information is missing such as number of bricks needed etc, don't waste your money.
