Q: What size would i need im size 20

You would need either L which goes to a size 22, or for comfort you could get XL. I hope this helps.

Q: How do these feel to wear? I cant wear pads or liners as i find them itchy so wondering if these feel just like normal pants or are quite thick &heavy
