This is the second battery that I have bought from this company and both have worked well. Delivery was very swift.

The battery I received was a USED battery. Yes genuine original USED battery, with just a fancy factory put on it. Complete scam. Hate to say, it, that is exactly what it is. They said send it back,, but by then the damage is done - My Time Is Wasted. Scratches, marks all over it,, the battery diodes visibly used. To top it off, the battery only last about 2 hours before running down. Advice: Buy a battery that you can hold in your hand first before buying it.

Needed a genuine Blackberry battery! This is what was offered! This is what I GOT!! Phone now back to GREAT! THANKS A MILL!

I needed a new battery as my old one only lasted a few hours before needing charging. There was quick delivery with this and for a few days work very well however, now it doesn't seem to last very long and I still need to charge my phone daily. Also it arrived with a mark on the battery but that doesnt seem to be a problem.

Unfortunately, I didn't read all the reviews before placing my order on 7th December. The last one told a story that would (and should) have put me off. Supposedly supplied and dispatched from a UK address, I was informed after a few days that it was on its way. Now, I know that they gave a rather surprisingly wide delivery date scope, but I really wasn't expecting to have to wait this long, if it had already been sent. The score for customer service is 0 (zero). I have twice e-mailed them and they have yet to respond to my requests for information. I'd suggest avoiding purchasing this item. Whether you choose to buy anything else from them is up to you. If I get any update I will amend this review accordingly.

Battery only lasted a month before breaking. So disappointed. What a waste of money. I would choose to buy from a shop next time.
