5 strops are a great follow up to the 5/3
I've also got the 5/3.5 strops, the 1/.5 strops are a great follow up to the 5/3.5. One wouldn't think it'd be a noticeable difference from 3.5 to 1/.5 but there is. I highly recommend these if you're going for a super keen edge and nice polished finish

Wicked Edge is Named Correctly!!!!!
My NASA Engineer Son gaped two chunks out of a custom knife. A friend and frequent collaborator for fabrication had purchased a Wicked Edge. He spent only 10 minutes on my daily work knife and the results were astounding.I purchased this system primarily to repair the edge on my custom knife. It took some time, but I was able to get most of the damage out of the blade, and without ruing the original profile.This is a heck of a system. I have no shortcomings as this date.

Love Them, But You Don't Need Them. I Do But... Anyway
These are definitly not necessary, but do add an extra polish to the blade. I love mine and definitly don't feel ripped off. I would get them again.

Great for your wicked edge set up
Gives a mirror finish to my blades. A bit of time to get it there but nice clean sharp mirror finish.

Overpriced but they deliver the desired effect.
These are overpriced for what you get. They work fine and polish a blade to a mirror finish if you've done the work needed before stropping.

...Shaving with a Kitchen knife!!
Even if you don't have over the top expensive knives, this sharpener is worth the investment. The safest knife in the kitchen, aside from the correct one, is the sharpest one. The instructions for use are simple and easy to follow for users that are unfamiliar with knife sharpening. This honing kit will bring kitchen knives to the point of being able to shave cleanly with, which in turn, makes cutting raw ingredients a pleasure every time!
