Works with Vivint Sky Panel!
Works with Vivint! I've only had the siren for a few days, so I'll try to chime back in after a year. But, it interfaces and works well with a Vivint Sky Panel. You simply add it as a node. You'll need to chat with Vivint to access the developers tool box on the panel. It adds the siren as a switchable device. Ie: like a wall plug adapter you can turn off and on. The chat specialist didn't know how to make it work, but it was easy. Just set up 2 custom actions. 1. Turn device "on" when an alarm is triggered. 2. Turn device off when system disarmed. The siren sounds when a fire or burglar alarm is tripped. It silenced when you turn off the alarm. Easy as that! Works off included batteries that will last up to a year. They are batteries that other vivint devices use, so I already have them on hand when I need to chance them. Hope this helps someone who is in the fence about this siren. So far I'm very happy with it!

Perfect for my applied action.
I was looking for a doorbell/camera motion alert/smoke alarm siren. This fits the bill perfectly. It has multiple tones and the volume is adjustable. It is easy to intigrate into home automation hubs such as Home Assistant so that different alerts can have different tones. My only complaint, is that I'd like it to be able to be a tad bit louder, although most of my alerts are set to partial volume, not full.

Versatile Siren! I use it as a chime and an alarm, within Home Assistant.
So far, this seems like a really nice device. It was detected by my ZWave stick right away and interfaces well with ZwaveJS in Home Assistant. Using calls to services, I was able to configure parameters (situationally), and use this as a multipurpose siren device. It chimes a particular sound when my entry doors are opened, chimes a different sound at specific times each day, and also serves as an alarm if a security breach is detected. Battery life seems to diminish quite quickly but it has a USB power option. Wall mount bracket is fine but only includes a single hole and screw, so it moves on the wall if you don't use the adhesive pad.

Don't waste your money!
This alarm is a joke... The built-in sounds remind me of sounds from a children's toy. Anyone breaking into your house will not get scared, but they may laugh.... Next, the connectivity is garbage. I've tried to connect it to both SmartThings and Home Assistant. Most of the time the device is offline and has to be disconnected and reconnected for it to stay alive for maybe a few days.... And when it is working it chimes randomly with no Z-Wave info being sent to it.. Last but certainly not least, this device does not work well on batteries. I have tried it with many brand new batteries and it still only lasts for a few days without going back into a disconnected state.... Plugged into an outlet has the same negative effects.. Wish I would have returned it while I still could. Glad to see the device is currently unavailable and if it does become available again STAY CLEAR!!

works great for smartthings
worked for what I needed. I needed something for the detached garage and the finished attic in the event there was a water leak or smoke/CO event. Those areas cannot hear the smoke alarms during a loud movie in the attic or working in garage and I dont want to rely on push notifications in case people dont have their phones right on them. these solved my problem easy. Very loud for as small as they are. Easy to install. I like that you can just stick them up anywhere like a "puck" size device. Hidden away behind things so you dont even have to see them. nice.

Installs easy enough, makes really loud noise, but not very configurable
Got this, turned on the smartthings classic app on my iPhone, set it to add a new thing, put in the batteries, and it registered the Neo Coolcam Siren without problem. then the configuration pains begin. First, it will not strobe, even though it registered as both a siren and a light. I was going to test out the alarm modes using just the light strobing, since it's 10pm... but nope, every time instead of turning on the strobe light, it makes a really loud noise. I made sure to turn off the alarm/siren mode and just have strobe. after 4 attempts, I had to abandon trying to set it up; can't risk annoying the neighbors. there are some websites that says to set it up with a custom dome handler. there's also a Q&A on here with the same.. will give that a try and update from 4* if it works. Also, please note that even though pictures show USB charging (and one picture even advertise the two ways to power this little guy), this DOES NOT come with a USB cable-charger. It does come with two CR123 batteries, however. And one final comment, I thought it'd be the size of a smoke alarm but this thing is about the size of a hockey puck... a lot smaller Edit: 2/16/2019 - after spending a good two days trying to configure a custom handler for this (based on the Dome one on GitHub by Kevin LaFramboise) , it's been somewhat disappointing. the strobe/LED light cannot be turned on separately from the siren. the siren/chime list weren't compatible with the Dome handler (mind you this is the one referenced by the manufacturer in the FAQ, I believe)... and the unit now refuses to use the 'Red Alert' siren any more, even though I have the siren set to 3 while the chime/beep is set to 8. Luckily I -was- above to set volume to low, so at least I stopped annoying the family and neighbors. it really shouldn't be this difficult. :( (gonna leave it at 3 stars, because if you only want the basic siren being loud, it might still be good enough for you... it's earpiercingly loud at the default "z-wave siren" setting.

Poor quality, quiet.
First off, if you're planning on using this as a Z-Wave siren- this is not the product for you. It would work much better as a wireless doorbell chime. Battery life was good, and the device was easy to connect to my Z-Wave compatible hub. That's where my praise ends. The battery compartment on the back doesn't properly click in, so it falls off if you pick it up half the time. The 10 included tones are mostly awful, they are either dated public domain chimes or alert tones that don't properly loop. The product description page lists this as "up to 105db"- which is misleading, if not an outright lie. I returned this product and instead bought a Honeywell WAVE2 that I wired to a smart plug. The WAVE2 was listed at 106db- and it felt like it was triple the volume of this NEO siren. I'm not exaggerating.

Perfect
Nice and small so as to make it easier to place the device wherever you need it. Set up was a breeze, device functions exactly as described, incredibly loud and bright for a small siren/strobe. Maintains battery life better than expected. Easy integration with my SmartThings hub.
