Life changing! I love this product. Warms up baby bottle in about 4 minutes depending on how many ounces. Wish I had this item with my first born!I have the sterilizer too now and it’s the best thing ever! Love Dr. brown!!

Best bottle warmer I’ve found thus far! Working for a year and it just keeps on going! Compact, beeps much like a microwave, so it’s not distracting in the least. Quiet too!

It functions and we’ll be keeping it, but not very impressed. The presets for both glass and plastic, both room temp and fridge, are waaay too long. Yes, you can adjust the time, but the amount of tweaking it takes to get each preset close to needed temp just almost isn’t worth the hassle to have presets.I’m not a small guy, and it takes some serious two handed effort to get the top off and refill the water reservoir. We’re not protecting the Crown Jewels or splitting atoms in their folks. Not sure if this seal is overengineered or under…This may be due to a slightly low water level, but after some rounds of heating, as the water drops back down around the bottle, the machine makes this crazy hissing sound that always startles baby and I almost need a diaper change myself its so loud.

The heating is inconsistent. We are using the same bottles, picking the same settings, and heating the same amount of milk every time and the temperature is always different. Plastic bottle, refrigerated, and 2 ounces. Sometimes its barely warm, sometimes its still cold, sometimes its blazing hot. Not sure if its defective or maybe breast milk heats differently?I'm not sure. All I know is that we are having to do it the old fashioned way as this warmer is useless. A baby is not going to continue to wait til its heated properly without crying. Not to mention all the breast milk wasted due to it being scalding hot and burning all the nutrients out of it. Not happy with this item at all.

I’ve used quite a few bottle warmers and they all didn’t live up to expectations. I finally gave in and splurged on this one. I am not disappointed! I love that you can choose between glass, plastic and bag. You can also choose frozen, cold or room temp. Then toggle through the bottle size and you’re good to go. It’s so incredibly easy to use. I’ve already recommended to several friends and will continue to do so.

I decided to take a risk regardless of bad reviews, but after two weeks, I’m returning! I have purchased everything Dr. Brown’s & this needs work. I really wanted to like this because it aesthetically looks good, has a simple user interface, and is a milk spa so it doesn’t diminish the quality of breast milk supposedly.The two major cons: despite having a preset setting of 2oz, I experienced a very inconsistent temperature when heating the same way, in a plastic bottle, from the fridge. The WORST is that putting water in this machine takes super strength and both hands! I honestly cannot believe they tested this and signed off on it knowing new parents would likely have a screaming, hungry baby in their arms. You literally need super Hulk strength and have to twist the base off with both hands. My athletic, 6’ 5”husband struggles to twist the base off with both hands! It’s literally laughable. Returning for those reasons - I’m trying Baby Brezza next.
