In contrast, my first purchase from ETrade Online was perfect—the product was genuine and exactly as described. Tip: Always double-check the seller before adding to cart. Misleading info from seller
Not only the quality was below par, one pillow was missing from the pack of 4. Still waiting for return pick-up after requesting for it 4 times in the last 3 weeks. Obviously, no refund in sight!

Very fluffy, size is standard. After using for 6 months the fluffyness didn't reduce. Quality is good. Recommended.

Poor Quality - Disappointing Experience
After just a short period of use, the pillow started breaking apart and losing its shape. There's no uniformity in the filling, which makes it incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. This kind of quality is not what I expected and is very disappointing. I would not recommend this pillow to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable option.
