I have weighed myself on a dieting program daily for a month side by side with an old but good spring scale. I have found this scale to be accurate and I trust it to give me good readings. PS- I think everyone should own two scales. A digital scale like this and an old style, no battery spring scale. This will keep you from going loony tunes.

The bathroom scales are sleek and modern looking. Glad there was no additional metal or trim on it.I was afraid I would have a hard time setting it up, but I did not. Very easy. Hoping it will stand up to the 5 year warranty or more. Our previous scales lasted about 40 years…. I’m not kidding. Those floor scales had the same basic square shape, and use of a battery. Happy to have this one. Huge improvement on looks!

This is a new review.My first scale had a mechanical problem and gave inconsistent results.The seller reached out to me and sent a replacement, that arrived last night.I did several sessions of weighing myself 8-10 times and it consistently gives the same result with each session.I had a hospital appointment this morning and my scale had the exact same reading as the big fancy electronic scale at the check in (about 20 minutes after my last weigh in at home).Very pleased to have a great scale (battling diabetes) and this will be a valuable weapon in the arsenal.Thank you for going the extra mile.

This company has excellent customer service. I received my product from Amazon not packaged correctly. The scales were not functioning properly. Disheartened I did not think the company would service my grievances. Derek emailed me checking on my experience with my new product. I explained my situation and the company packaged a new one and it arrived in perfect condition. I am very happy with the product and company. I waited to give a rating. Please don't hesitate to buy because this company is customer service minded and I thank their team. There is a five year warranty. Buy buy buy!!!

Really personable and professional company. I was impressed from the start as they sent me the introduction letter extending their support. The product arrived a few days later in perfect condition. The instruction was so simple to follow and now it's a part of my weighing regimen. Quick to display and clear. I first put it on a carpet which had a false reading. It corrected itself when I put it on a solid floor. My regimen depends on correct reading and I am very happy with this purchase.

This is my second INEVIFIT scale, the first at another location. The scale is very well made, consistently accurate, easy to read, and attractively designed. It is the best scale I have ever had, more expensive than some, but of superior quality.

UPDATE: I’m revising my first review with this four - star, largely because the customer service really came through on my original item. After leaving an honest review expressing my disappointment that the scale stopped working after a short amount of time, they reached out to replace and were very persistent in their efforts to make it right. I received a second scale at no charge. The scale is extremely accurate and I know this because I weigh myself regularly on a doctor office scale. The only reason it’s not a five-star review is this second one is still a little problematic with the tap to activate feature. It’s a bit fussy on that score. But great customer service - they’ll take care of any problem you have!As bathroom scales go, this one is not inexpensive. That said, it performs like a cheap, unreliable product. It is extremely finicky - most of the time not properly initializing at all so you find yourself tapping it lightly, stepping on it with some weight, moving it to a different floor - then all of a sudden it will show whatever amount of weight you just applied to get the darn thing to turn on. So incredibly frustrating. Absolutely terrible scale.

your scale is very heavy, and it is very beautiful to look at. the scale is very accurate as I was just to the doctor and the weight was the same on my new scale. We have bought two scales and both were nothing but junk. So I decided to buy one that was more money and Amazon said that this scale was the most accurate, and it surly is. I would buy this scale again.
