**UPDATE 07/11/2025** I wanted to update my review and rating from 1 star to 5 stars. After some research, I discovered that Bariatric Pal has started putting a peppermint scented tab inside to reduce that vitamin smell inside the bottle and it works. I use a pill organizer to keep my supplements organized so I can easily tell if I remembered to take them. After sitting in the pill organizer overnight, the peppermint smell was gone and so was that typical vitamin smell. They literally have no smell which is awesome. Also, Bariatric Pal says you can continue to use the peppermint tab to freshen other things like closets, shoes, or anything that could use it after you run out of vitamins. The vitamins themselves are still the same, great capsules and ingredients we know and have worked so well. It’s a win win. If the peppermint smell or taste bother you, just put your vitamins in a sorter or pull one out a few hours before you plan to take it so it can “air out.” **Original Review** I’ve been taking these vitamins since September 2024 and have always thought they were great. My bloodwork has always been good since I started taking these. They have always been unflavored but I just opened my most recent order and lo and behold a very, very strong peppermint flavor has been added. It’s almost like someone accidentally poured peppermint oil into something along the line that these are produced on so now they’re very off putting because you burp up peppermint. I never had an issue with vitamin or iron burps with this brand which is why I’ve been using it over others, but now I can’t take these with my protein shakes in the mornings like I’ve always done because they cause my shake to taste bad due to the peppermint lingering in your mouth. If you’re allergic to peppermint, you should consider another vitamin because these don’t even list anything on their ingredients that indicate that anything peppermint related has been added.

Best bariatric vit I've found. No upset. One tab is a finally dose and they dont have a bad taste. I've seen signifant growth in my nails and hair.

No bariatric vitamins smell wonderful but these were no worse than others. The most important thing is they keep my blood chemistry where it should be. Just one pill a day is simple and a much easier regime for me to follow, especially when I get the results I get with these.

Recommended by wife’s bariatric doctor. She likes them over other options because they are not quite as large as some brands. Bloodwork shoes that they’re getting her the nutrients she needs, so I call that a win.

Great product! This is a subscription item for me. I’ve been taking them for a year now since my surgery. I just received another shipment of them. I checked the date just incase. The bottle said Exp 06/26. Not expired BUT the bottle I’ve had for the last 3 months said Exp 02/28. Are these not being rotated where they distribute from? Glad I didn’t receive expired product but I will be checking dates moving forward. Everyone should do the same especially with the 90 day supply bottle.

These are my favorite bariatric multivitamins. Have been taking them for roughly 4 years and have not had any vitamin deficiencies.
