I absolutely love the Premier Café Latte Protein drinks—I even have them on subscription! Each shake has 30 grams of protein, which has been a game changer for me. I had gained 20 pounds, and these drinks have helped me lose it by cutting down my sugar cravings (less than 1 gram of sugar!) and keeping me full longer, so I don’t overeat. They taste great, give me the energy I need, and provide the vitamins and nutrition my body craves. This is by far the best protein drink I’ve tried, and I plan to keep them stocked in my fridge. Five stars all the way!

I recently tried the Premier Protein Limited Edition Pumpkin Spice Shake, and I’m seriously impressed! It has 30g of protein and only 1g of sugar, which makes it a perfect guilt-free treat. I also love that it’s packed with 24 vitamins and minerals to support overall health.The pumpkin spice flavor is amazing—rich, creamy, and not overly sweet. It’s become my go-to morning or afternoon pick-me-up. Plus, the 11.5 fl oz size is perfect for on-the-go. Highly recommend if you want something tasty, healthy, and convenient!

To begin I will say why these shakes are so important to me; I have 2 Idiopathic digestive system disorders Gastricparerisis and Gastricstenosis. For unknown reasons they developed weeks after I had my Gallbladder removed at 19. (It means eating solid food became unpleasant even with Boxtox injections in my valve every 18months) I was told by my gastro specialist to use Protein shakes to prolong my time before having a feeding tube placed. Finding one when you have severe allergies is not easy. I have tried a ton it feels like and had many bad experiences. I even used foods meant for babies. When first diagnosed.In 2019-20 I discovered Premier Protein Shakes they were a game changer for me because they have no soy and use sunflower oil. So I can drink them without taking benadryl first. There are only 2 flavors I must avoid Chocolate Peanut butter and Cafe Latte do to the Legume and Caffeine content.I don't feel salty about this because they make so many other great flavors. I have tried every flavor I could and will say a little bit at the end for each one. By far though my favorite is Cake Batter Delight. When life hands me a lemon I have a Cake Batter Delight.When I first started using these shakes I was on two anti-nausea meds and was really struggling. I couldn't even drink a whole bottle in 24 hours. I am now on 1 nausea med as needed. I can on a low digestion day (no solid food) drink 2. Usually though I drink one for my dinner and have slider (semi solid or ground food ) during the day.Now please don't misunderstand I am not claiming they cured me. What they have done was bring me out of a state of malnutrition as my doctors and dietician explained. So I feel better and can do normal things and not live in a hospital or a foot from a bathroom. I still have all my conditions. The feeding tube as I age is still probable. Those with chronic illness will understand the Spoon theory. Primer Protein allows me to have more spoons available which, means a improved quality of life.Cake Batter 5\5 my dessert choiceCaramel 5\5 like it alone or in decaf coffee or hot chocolate.Vanilla 5\5 like to use a bit on cereal too.Strawberries and Cream 5\5 no weird after taste like ensure &BoostChocolate Winter Mint 5\5 tastes just like Andes MintsCookies and creme 5\5 tastes like a OreoCinnamon Roll 3.5\5 Too Sweet for me to drink as a shake has to be in decaf coffee.Pumpkin Spice 2\5 Has the scent but flavor is weakChocolate 1\5 brown water no chocolate taste added Nestle NesquickBanana Cream 0\5 reminds me of Banana flavored medication for kids. Chalky.Now I have had some cons with this product. Heat and cold seems to clump it up. So on the east coast I see the Premier "worms" (they aren't parasites I showed a doctor)like people mention twice a year. It's separation of the protein blend from the water and oil. So I strain my shakes before drinking.On a few occasions I have experienced receiving spoiled shakes shipped to me or purchased locally do to a defect in the sealing process I was told. The retailers quickly resolved the issue. It's only happened Once here on Amazon and it was quickly resolved.The new clear bottle and red cap design seems to have ended the spoilage issue as it was the white bottle and cap with paper cap that was a problem in my experince.Much of the time I can find it fairly priced there have been some times I saw it and thought is it April 1st?Overall a awesome product I would give my highest recommendation .

The peach flavor is surprisingly natural—not too artificial or overpowering—and the creamy texture makes it feel more like a treat than a supplement. It’s great cold, especially over ice, and works well as a quick breakfast or post-workout boost.With 30g of protein, 1g of sugar, and only 160 calories, it fits nicely into my routine. I also appreciate the added vitamins and minerals—it feels like I’m getting more than just protein. My only minor gripe is that the aftertaste can linger a bit, especially if you’re sensitive to artificial sweeteners. But overall, it’s a solid choice and one I’ll keep stocked.

These shakes are pretty good ready to drink shakes. I can buy these packs locally at the grocery store, but amazon carries a much better selection of flavors. Some other brands are really thick and chalky, I like these because they're smooth and easy to drink.When I'm looking for a LEAN protein source, I'm generally looking for a 10:1 ratio of calories to protein content. (i.e. 10 grams of protein would need to be 100 calories or less to be a LEAN source). At 30 grams of protein and only 160 calories, this is nearly double the ratio at almost 20:1. This would be an excellent snack in between meals to help keep protein levels high to help fat loss and muscle retention while dieting.Taste is good, only 1 g of added sugar, but it doesn't need any more. Shelf stable, while it definitely tastes better refrigerated, I keep a couple of bottles in my desk to have a quick protein snack if I get hungry.

As someone who is always on the hunt for the best tasting protein powder or shake, I have great things to say about the Caramel Premier Protein Shake! I look for high protein content in a shake, so at least 30 grams, which this has without being accompanied by a chalky taste. The caramel flavor is sweet and delicious! I enjoy these as a snack between light meals, so I am not tempted to eat other sweets, and as part of my morning routine. The protein helps me maintain my muscle mass and keeps me from feeling hungry. Despite the indulgent taste, these shakes only have 1 gram of sugar and 4 grams of carbohydrates! There are also vitamins and minerals and all that good stuff. How can something that tastes so good be good for you?!I don't mind paying a bit more for the Premier Protein brand, because the flavor is so good. I have also found there are sales and deals if you are alert, which makes the cost reasonable for the benefits.Here is one of the ways I drink the caramel shake during my morning routine:Combine 1 Caramel Premier Protein Shake and 6 ounces of coffee in a shaker with ice and shake until icy and foamed. I also like to combine those ingredients in a blender for a thicker beverage. Enjoy!
