Door Handle Spring Repair Kit (six 2.5-Turn, 2.5mm Thick coils Plus six circlips)

Not the right product totally different shape... I was out of town but now I’m out $23. Doesn’t work for Emtek!

Now all the doors work properly. You just need the right tool and it takes about 5 mins to change the spring.

Can be tricky to fit but works as it is designed to do. Fitment is OK, the awkward part is the circlip which requires the proper tool. I have given 4 stars because it has not been in use long enough to evaluate longevity. It is manufactured with enough beef to make it sturdy and at this time I think the package is good value.

When the springs went in our door handles I thought I would need to replace with new ones but this saves a lot of fuss. Fairly easy to fit but you must buy the circlip pliers and mark which way round everything goes (with a felt pen) so it all goes back together properly. If you are a bit of a handyman it will be fairly straightforward and it saves buying something similar and if you cannot get an exact replacement it might mean touching up the paintwork. Watch the instruction videos online before you start. Very pleased and a cheap repair.

Bought these to replace the snapped springs in my door handles. These are a perfect fit and seem to be stronger than originals which is reassuring. 6 pack means I’ve got a couple of spares which is worth the money.
