First, the hat itself is great! It's so comfortable and cute! The only reason I didn't give five stars is that it took a few orders to get it right. Initially, they sent me the wrong size, and it looked like it could've been a previous return, as it wasn't very clean. But once they sent me the appropriate hat and in good condition, it fits and looks perfect!
