Was looking for something to replace a competitor product that had higher prices. Taste is on point and the price is great.

I just started using BCAAs... I use 12grams a day. 6grams in the morning and 6grams in the evening... I seem to be not as sore after each workout. I will continue to use this everyday for the next 3 months to see if there are any significant changes.
