January the first came. 3 monthes and 25 days later - I haven’t used a vape once. These have been massively helpful. They do give you wind, but I don't mind the taste and they soothe cravings within minutes. I like that they take About half and hour to fully melt and give you continuous nicotine for this time. If you’re considering quitting - stick with it, know that the first three weeks are hell but you can do it. I don’t even think of my vape anymore. Nicotine cravings still exist though. I feel like the vehicle used to get nicotine into you is just different, but these are healthier than those vapes from china containg who knows what. You can do it!
