This stuff is a game changer!
I’ve known about this stuff for a couple of years and never pulled the trigger because of the price tag. Now that I’m 20 wks pregnant and my skin is a hot mess I decided it’d be worth it to give it a try and I am SO SO glad that I did. Pregnancy wrecks my skin- I get acne like a teenager yet super dry and patchy, and I get “the mask of pregnancy” redness on my cheeks. So I overall just feel crusty and can’t hide my acne with makeup bc it just looks worse. I have been using this stuff for four days and it’s worth every penny. My acne has completely cleared up, I wake up glowing, I don’t feel dry and crusty and the redness is starting to subside. It’s a miracle product and I’ll definitely be buying again when I run out!

Seems to be working!
I was one of those dinasours who still used physical exfoliation until I realized my skin was too thin and of course, damaged. This thing made me forget about those endless nights trying to rub/scrub my imperfections off my skin. Now I just put this on a clean face at night and wake up with a softer, cleaner face. It's too soon to say it made my dark spots dissapear (only used it for 2 weeks) but I think the fact that I don't have any other random pimples, will make my face look better because I won't have to deal with scarring anymore. The only thing I don't like is the price...but you get what you pay for, I guess. In this case, I got a high quality product that seems to be working. So far, happy I bought this.

Fantastic
I heard about this product from a YouTube makeup artist I follow, she does a lot of skin care routines and after seeing her results I knew I had to try this. I have been using this product for 1 week every night, compared to a product I used prior that was 10% glycolic acid I can say the burn/tingle from this one is almost non existent even with a higher percentage and that’s a huge plus. My pores look slightly less noticeable, and (my skin is extremely oily) the oil production is cut down by at least half. Also zero breakouts so far. Im excited to see the outcome of my skin after a longer period of use, my main concern is the mild acne scarring and so far I think I’ve seen some progress but not enough to say for sure. Either way I highly recommend this product, zero complaints.

So Far, So Good (& info on what not to mix & how to fix skin if irritated by products)
So far I think I like this, though if you don’t slowly build your skin up to tolerate this harsher treatment, it can cause pain, stinging, redness and irritation. That said, I do believe this is helpful for a lot of skin issues.I think my skin is a little drier, so I’m working on finding the right combo of moisturizers and proper steps to help remedy this.IMPORTANT NOTE: Be careful not to mix certain other skincare products or ingredients with it (no matter what the website may say!).To be helpful, I have made a list of things NOT to mix at the same time and important tips. However, to be sure, ask a professional dermatologist:•DO NOT MIX:-RETINOL should not be mixed with: Vitamin C, Vitamin E, AHA/BHA or Benzol Peroxide.-AHA/BHA should not be mixed with: Retinol, Vitamin C or Niacinamide (and possibly peptides but I am not 100% sure on that).-VITAMIN C should not be mixed with Retinol, AHA/BHA or Niacinamide.-VITAMIN E should not be mixed with Retinol.-NIACINAMIDE should not be mixed with AHA/BHA or Vitamin C-BENZOYL PEROXIDE should not be mixed with Retinol.NOTE: Both Retinol and AHA/BHA can be very helpful for various skin issues. While you should not MIX them, you can switch between them (example: Monday for Retinol, Tuesday for AHA/BHA, etc) nightly once your skin has been safely worked up to tolerating these more intense skin remedies. Do not try to do this all at once, right off the bat.•SUN AND CARE:-While the Drunk Elephant website doesn’t always address this, in most cases RETINOL and AHA/BHA should be used at night as they cause sensitivity to the sun that can damage skin. I don’t know if applying sunscreen will fully keep your skin safe (not to mention all the reapplying). While you *may* be able to use it if you’re staying indoors, do understand that harmful rays can enter the home, car and workplace through windows. If you’re going to experience sun, regardless of what you do or do not put on your skin, an SPF of at least 30 should be an everyday routine (with reapplying). As for if you stay indoors, away from windows, one would assume hanging out in a dark room all day would suffice, but I’m no expert.-So it’s beat to use Retinol and AHA/BHA at night and wash it off in the morning. A cream or serum containing Vitamin C thrives off sunlight, so that is best to use in the daytime.•IF YOU OVERDO THE SKIN TREATMENTS AND YOUR SKIN IS FEELING DRY OR IRRITATED: Take a break from the harsh products and use very gentle ones for a little bit. Particularly CERAMIDES. These are gentle and help your skin to heal, calm and moisturize your skin. I personally have used (and liked) “Good Cera Super Ceramide Emulsion (pH 5.5 / 7 free)” which is a nice, gentle moisturizer. There are also things like ceramide masks that can help.

The Holy Grail of All Skin Products
For people who suffer from hyper pigmentation, this product is simply the best and worth the cost. dark spots fade quickly and become less noticeable. It's gentle enough to be left on the skin overnight, although you will experience some burning in the beginning. It is easy to apply and a little goes a long way. It dries fast so it's easy to apply other products after this serum. I use it every other day, mostly to conserve the bottle, as it's rather expensive. However, it is worth the cost.

It was the worst itching I've ever felt
I was very excited with this at first. My skin felt smoother, but about a month in I started getting these little red bumps on my cheeks that went up the side of my face. It was the worst itching I've ever felt! It appeared to be an allergic reaction. I stopped using this product a few days ago and the bumps/redness are improving....

while combating fine lines. Since I've been using this
I originally purchased this product to use it a couple of times a week, since it is so expensive. But since I received it 2 weeks ago, I've been using it every single night. I am 30 years old and still struggle with breakouts and my skin has recently become very dry (besides my T zone), so I was searching for something moisturizing that would help with my acne, while combating fine lines. Since I've been using this, my breakouts have cleared up completely and my skin is so soft and smooth. I also suffer from roseacea which causes the skin on my cheeks to be extremely textured. This serum has cleared up that issue as well. I'm so, so happy with my purchase. It's now a Holy Grail product for me.
