A good starter solenoid
I bought this because I over tightened the solenoid on my Deere and broke the stud off. I was getting confused with this new one because it came with four terminals and I broke this one too. I wanted to just order another one but the cost went from ten to sixteen dollars in the buy it again option. Anyways, I found another supplier on the same page. I wanted to share that the problem with these is that they'll break if you over tighten them. BUT. If you add another nut and hold the first nut with a wrench. You can secure the cable to the terminal without putting the torque on the solenoid. You'll keep yourself from over-tightening and breaking the post. I had to grind down a 1/2" wrench to less than the thickness of the nut but it worked great. Try putting the cables on before you mount it too. Easier to get the wrenches on those nuts. I hope this helps you. My machine is a 110 John Deere from the late 60's.

Cheap, hollow plastic that will break instantly! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!
Awful. Cheap, cheap, CHEAP! This is cheap HOLLOW plastic. It cracks as soon as you try to tighten the bolt. I am not superman. I know what I am doing and I know just to do this hand tight. It doesn't matter, they crack. The housing snaps instantly. 2nd one I've had reordered. Not wasting my time again. Absolute crap. DO NOT BUY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!! JUNK!!!

Works great
I know the STANDARD Brand parts work well. I have a 1995 f150 straight 6 manual. I put this on in about 20 minutes. Most time was hunting my wrenches . My oem on my truck just had 3 terminals. This one has 4. The instructions said if I had 3 just don’t use the small ( I ) terminal. Just use the ( s) terminal and of course the two larger ones. I should have replaced it months ago. I had enough amazon credits that it was free. I did reuse my oem nuts as they had a washer flange made on the nut. These are BAKELITE Housing as they should be. It’s not plastic as some reviews said. I don’t know why there are pictures of broken bolts I didn’t have a problem..

I like these second to Motorcraft
These seem far better than the low cost trash that's offered. I normally get years of good service out of the Motorcraft replacements and these do follow the Motorcraft for second place in my world. Anything less than this brand is for a fact a waste of money.

Perfect
Bought for a 94 F150. Bolted right into factory hole with no modification. It does have the extra accessory stud on it vs OEM. I didn't have anything else to go into it so it's just empty for now. But it got my budget classic back up and running on the cheap!
