Is this suitable for tile dust, drywall, and mold ?

I use it to mow and it has done well keeping the dust out of my nose. I would think it could handle drywall dust equally well but am not sure about mold. I would think the 3M website would give information on that. The only issue I've found with mine is the elastic has not held up too well. It still works, but I've gone to a different brand for mowing.

How long do the filters last when you are using them? I’m just trying to figure out what the cost is going to be overtime.

I would check 3m. The mask I wore at work, where a lot of welding and grinding takes place, we could change filters 2 or 3 times a day. Considering the application, I would change it every 24 hours of use. More often if you do very dusty jobs, or a lot of painting or similar activities. It's your choice, but I would error on the side of health.

do these come in an air tight packaging?

These do come in sealed packaging, but they are not vacuumed-sealed and technically cannot be considered 100% air-tight, though close.

A must for safe breathing.

I have a 3M mask that uses these filters. I buy the OEM brand because I want to make sure they are performing as they should. I bought these for replacement when the other filters get clogged. These perform well, and are easy to breath through.
