E-book format is TERRIBLE
The content of this book is great but the e-format is AWFUL!!!!! You cannot read any of the charts or tables, even if you zoom into them (zooming actually makes them more blurry and harder to read). I do not recommend getting this book as an e-book. If you are able to get a hard copy elsewhere, I would do that instead.

Wonderful book. Well organized and easy to follow. Every therapist should have one no matter what setting you work in. Great to read for a review also!!
