These are the best sore mouth lozengers iv bought in a while they relieve sore tongues & ulcers quickly recommend keeping a box in your cupboard

Instructions says dissolve in moth but does not clearly tell if if can be swallowed or need to spit after dissolving.

Very effective
Used to us Rinstead pastille which now appear to have disappeared from the market.These are a brilliant replacement……they are very effective. I will make sure that I always have some at home

They do work
When I opened these little sucky watsits, I got the distinct smell of Devils Lettuce/ the old Jazz Woodbine, happy memories. But, alas, no, there was no stonage or happy times to be had.There is no taste to them at all. I placed it on the tip of my tongue where my ulcer is. I’m not gonna lie, it took forever (half n hour) to dissolve, and it left my lips sticky as. I was out at the time and wish I had a wet wipe to clean my gob.But, I was pain free for about 5 hours. They do REALLY WORK. Bonjella sucks, that didn’t touch it. I also have ANBESOL, which is better than bonjella, easier and less sticky than the IGLU.So, I do recommend IGLU, just be prepared for sticky lips 👄

I wasn't keen as I wanted the paste BUT...
It really does work!Need to have a few in the day and last thing at night. It really does help clear it. Although I would have preferred the paste! I don't know why they stopped that one, as it cleared my mouth sores in just one application. This way it takes a few days.
