About a year ago, I started getting hives all over my skin. I went to an allergist and it turns out I’m allergic to certain things, and my immune system wasn’t working like it used to. These are the best tasting gummies I've had not too sweet and they taste like Swedish Fish - makes you want to eat up the whole bottle. However, something in them upsets my tummy. Ill get straight to it. Having kids you get sick a lot and remain sick for long periods of time. Once i started taking these on a DAILY basis, for a bigger guy i was taking 2, i stopped getting sick and i went on a very long stretch, 7+ months without getting a cold. Even wiping boogers, getting coughed in the face by my kids LOL, cleaning rooms and the house, ETC ETC. Taking a pill every day is annoying at times. Im not one to take pills i tend to be pill free most of my life but THESE i would highly recommend!
