Came in the mail with no issues. The bell is reliable and the sound is crisp and clear. The one minor issue is that the plunger/button is a little smaller than you'd expect, so it sometimes takes me a couple tries to hit it (you can't just smack the bell like in the movies). Overall would recommend.

This item is awful. It arrived in a box that had clearly been open before. It was dusty and had rust spots/scratches all over it.
