Everything about this mount is first class. It's heavy and that comes from the high quality materials employed. This was purchased for a commercial install in a guard house and the guards went crazy when they first got to use it. Be sure to install with sufficient hanger hardware to handle the weight.There is an install kit that I did not notice when I ordered the mount, but heavy duty lag bolts, affixed to studs did a good job. This unit has been in use for 6 months of heavy use. Each guard is a different height and prefers a different pitch and height to the unit when they're working at it and it has performed flawlessly. Mounted an "all in one" computer on this with a wireless keyboard and mouse. A trackball would work better then a mouse on the limited pad.Spend the money. This is a great unit.

Have not able able to use the product as the product as delievered did not have an essential piece of mounting hardware. It was not until the device was unpacked and an installer hired to mount to the wall that it was found in the installation directions that an additional component needed to be purchased in order to mount to the wall.Bad form on the part of Ergotrom and Amazon.

This is the 6th one of these that I've bought, although this one is slightly different to my previous 5 but it's mainly cosmetic changes. Very solidly built and a pleasure to use when standing sitting at. I have it on the wall to one side of my desk and am standing at it now whilst typing. I can also easily pull it down to desk height and then sit at it with my desk to my right as if I have an L shaped desk with the keyboard etc on the short leg of the L. Wouldn't want to be without it now. Extremely well made and very solid and sturdy, but at the same time totally adjustable. I've used large countersunk rawlbolts to attach it to my wall without buying the other brackets that are made for this job, but beware trying to do this to hollow walls, dot and dab walls or walls made from soft breeze blocks. Mine are into solid brick and are fine. The other types of walls would probably need the additional brackets etc
