I bought these rulers because they are made of steel rather than aluminum. Cutting against steel assures a straight and even cut without the blade wondering onto the ruler because of soft metal. The rulers are thin and lightweight but for the price, I am satisfied.

you can read them with this white etching on a black backround. That's important for old eyes. Also, made out of metal so better etching measures. Nice case too.

High quality and will last a lifetime! Markings easy to read. I would say it is the best I have ever used!

Finish and appearance are good but be warned the end of the scale is not zero, that is the marked increments start about 2-3mm from the end of the ruler and if you measure a distance using the end as a starting point the measurement will be off that amount. Grind off the end square to the first marking and all ok. Otherwise a good buy.

I didn't realize how much I would use the smaller ruler until I actually had one. Since most of the EDC items I'm measuring are less than 6 inches, it's perfect.The markings are razor sharp and jump off the black ruler.The edges are clean and the fit and finish are exactly on point. Would definitely recommend.
