We wanted matching chairs for our table. We have had good experience with this brand before and after seeing the positive reviews, we decided to order these chairs. I appreciate how the package contained all pieces and nothing was damaged. It took me about an hour to build two chairs and the hardest step was step 2. Some parts of the instructions were not clear, but it did not take a while to figure things out. The quality of the material and screws are great and I don't foresee any issues in the future. It is a perfect size for our table, and the chairs are quite comfortable. We got these chairs on sale and is a great price. Love the table and chairs combo I bought. Beautiful design and color combo. I bought 2 sets of these chair. They were easy to put together. 1 of each set was uneven but with the adjusters on the bottom of the chairs helped.

Quality product. Assembly instructions easy to follow. I bought eight and one thing we learned is to assemble with screws a bit loose and tighten all screws at the end. Chair will definitely level this way. Goes perfect with my dining table.

These are very pretty, solid chairs! They are heavy but not too heavy, and the perfect height for my table. They were easy to assemble for the mkst part; minor things could be changed for the screws on the cross bars to fit better but it is what it is.One of my boxes came with a hole through the side and protective foam, and a chair inside was damaged. I didn't want to deal with returning it because it was just 1 of the 2 chairs, but it is disappointing.I ordered 6 chairs total, 1 was damaged and 1 isn't completely level.Overall I love the chairs, and would purchase again.

These are great bar stools well worth the money! They are real wood. The seat cushion is a high density foam that feels firm and settles in comfortably. It's not a soft cheap cushion at all. I definitely recommend them and would buy them again.Update: I ordered 2 more to go with the Ashley table. Both are good quality and real wood.

I bought them for my daughters new farmhouse kitchen and she loved them.They looked great. They were sturdy with a nice cushion and the color was just what she wanted.She said she would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I'm currently having a bad experience with getting a replacement part. The part I need is the back tall piece that you would lean against when sitting in the chair. The holes were not drilled correctly so they do not line up when trying to assemble the product. Therefore, I am unable to assemble the chair without the replacement part. It's been two weeks since I ordered the part, which was easy enough to order, however I still have not received the part, and when I contact customer service they cannot tell me when I should expect it. Very frustrating.Regarding the chair itself, I would say the other reviews are spot on as I was able to put one chair together easily. The chair is nice looking and comfortable. However, there are places where I can see where someone could get a splinter as there are rough patches. The rough patches on mine are on the legs, so I figure it's tolerable and I would just overlook it. The chair does have a slight wobble to it, however I put a cushioned floor protector on the bottom of the legs and that seemed to take care of that problem.So, other the crappy service I'd say it's nice chair as long as you get one that comes as it should.
