Microscope Slide Kit - Premium Kit (Slides, Coverslips, Stains, Mountant etc.)

Brilliant kit, everything someone would need starting out, and more! Seller is super helpful, and delivery fast as well- would definitely recommend

Has lots of cool stains, (though not listed in product details, I found Eosin, Giemsa, Haemotoxylin, Malachite Green, Wrights, crystal violet oxalate, carbolic gentian violet, fast differentiator for use with Gram stain, 2 Lugol). According to the image it was supposed to come with 5 staining boxes but only two were present, and a Sharpie pen which was also missing. However it came with tweezers and dissecting scissors instead of tweezers and forceps, which is a better combination so I wont be complaining about that. Unfortunately my budget ran out before I realised that my microscope (on order) was not going to be the type that can illuminate slides from below which i think now that I will need, so until I can get an appropriate microscope it has been an expensive and pointless spend, and so I can't comment on the quality of the materials yet. Instructions on how to do the stains were present for Eosin/Hameotoxylin, and also for Gram test (although there was no Ziehl carbolic fuschin 1/10 bottle as listed in the protocol, instead I had crystal violet oxalate). FInally the user needs to provide 95% ethanol for the Gram stain as well and this was not indicated in the product specifications/advice at time of purchase. There are no protocols supplied for the other stains.
