This tea really helped me during some kidney episodes. I drank about three mugs a day, and it made a big difference with the pain. The taste isn’t bad at all. I usually drink my tea plain, no milk, sugar, or honey, and this worked just fine for me. Definitely glad I gave it a try.

I thought this would be good for my bladder and kidneys, but Horsetail turns out to have high oxalates and cause kidney stones. So this tea blend isnt the best for kidneys at all.
